Subscribers Get Priority

Becoming a subscriber to the 2009 S&F series not only saves on ticket prices. Here are some other benefits:

Priority Booking Period
Existing S&F subscribers receive preferential seating when subscribing before 17 October, 2008. Get your form in by this date, and we will assure you of maintaining your excellent seats in reserved seating venues – or better seats if they become available (Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney only) . For image details of seating arrangements in these venues please refer to www.selbyandfriends.com.au. After the Priority Booking Period (ends 17 October 2008), all tickets are processed in order of receipt, so the faster you get your order form in, the better your seats in reserved venues!

Easy exchange policy
Can’t make one of the concert dates? Don’t worry – you may exchange for any other in the season. Simply send back your unused ticket(s) at least 7 days prior to the scheduled concert, and we will organise for you to attend another concert of your choice, subject to availability. One exchange is free and differences in ticket price may occur. Call the S&F office on (02) 9969 7039 for any assistance. Ticket exchanges in Sydney must be made directly with City Recital Hall Angel Place.

Easy lost ticket replacement
Even though S&F makes every effort to make sure your tickets reach you safely and cannot take responsibility for lost tickets, we understand that they can get misplaced. Don’t panic! Let us know at least two full business days in advance of the scheduled concert and we’ll organise a missing ticket voucher for you to collect from the box office.
