Priority Booking Period

As always, all subscribers receive discounts on single tickets and existing subscribers also receive preferential seating in applicable venues when subscribing before 30 October 2009. Submit your form before this date, and you are not only guaranteed your current seats or better if they become available, but your tickets will be sent to you soon after the booking period closes. All other tickets will be sent out at the end of the 2009 season in order of receipt. After 30 October 2009 all forms will be processed in order of receipt, so the faster you get your order form in, the better your seats in the reserved seating venues, and assurance of a seat in our very popular venues. Single tickets will only be processed after the Subscriber Priority period ends.

Be an S&F Ambassador

So many of our subscribers tell us how much they look forward to each tour, and we love hearing it. Now S&F would like you to be our Ambassador and tell lots of your friends too. Simply introduce a new subscriber to S&F in 2010 and receive a season of complimentary concert programs. Introduce more than one and receive 2 free tickets to your choice of any concert in the 2010 season. Please be sure your introduced subscriber names you in the allocated space on Step 1 of the ticket order form.

In 2010, you have several choices for making your ticket bookings.

• 2) fax your form to 02 9958 7111
• 3) mail to S&F at the address listed on the form, or
• 4) enjoy the fast, safe and very easy method of purchasing your tickets online through our website at www.selbyandfriends.com.au. Follow the Buy Tickets Online link to your particular city and venue (City Recital Hall subscribers see below).

Exchanges and Lost Ticket Replacement – Can’t make one of the concert dates? One exchange is free in any venue but must be made at least 7 days in advance. Lost your tickets? Call the S&F office on (02) 9969 7039 at least two full business days in advance for a “missing ticket voucher” to collect from the box office. Lost season tickets will incur a fee of $5 to send replacements. Ticket exchanges for City Recital Hall must be made directly with their box office on 8256 2222 (differences in ticket price may occur). Selby & Friends regrets there are no refunds after purchase.
